After years in the trenches winning RFPs totaling over $2 billion in revenue, I set out to help small- and mid-sized businesses yield the same results. I currently run Utley Strategies, a consultancy dedicated to refining the unique value of our clients so they can win more contracts.

First, schedule a discovery meeting where we'll discuss your goals, concerns, and timeline for the proposal. Once you decide to proceed, you'll receive a formal quote for the project and your assigned kickoff date. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the project. We'll schedule the kickoff to learn about your strategy and proposal in more detail, then you sit back and relax while we review your proposal. You'll receive your Summary Report and feedback 24 hours prior to the debrief meeting where you can ask any final questions.
We will begin with a single proposal review. Once you've gone through the process, we can discuss a plan for reviewing multiple proposals moving forward.
This project is strictly review and feedback, and does not include writing or design support.
However, most feedback includes examples of how to improve. For example, if we recommend you tweak the language, we may provide examples that you can use to update. Or if there are design recommendations, there will be details on how you can implement the change.
We need one week for a proposal review project, and you will most likely need a few days to incorporate the feedback.
Proposal Review projects start at $1,750.
