  • Most of our trainings are virtual, which allows for more scheduling flexibility for your team. We do offer onsite training. During the discovery meeting, we will discuss your goals to determine the best structure for your team.

  • We believe that tailored training will help you get the best results. To achieve this, we will request 3-5 example proposals from you to review in detail before the training and use real examples from your proposals to show the concepts applied.

    For process or strategy training, we take a similar approach and will learn your process first to help train on the best approach to move forward.

  • Training can be scheduled for as little as one hour or for a custom multi-day workshop.
